Legacy Homeowners Association is a non-profit association formed in 2003. The HOA is comprised of 7 Board Members and an Architectural Committee. We are committed to keeping our neighborhood safe and beautiful, while properly enforcing our Restrictive Covenants and serving to retain or improve resell values of our homes. Legacy HOA maintains a private Facebook Group Page (just send us a message to join), as well as an email newsletter. Please be sure to subscribe to our HOA email newsletter, so you can stay on top of things here in our subdivision.
Legacy subdivision is a beautiful neighborhood in east Brandon MS, less than a mile from the downtown area and a ½ mile or so from Interstate 20. There are 110 lots/houses in the subdivision, ranging in size from 2,400 sq feet up to nearly 5,000 sq feet. The quiet neighborhood is very well kept, consisting of 7 streets, with a mix of young couples, to retirees, and families with children.
